ci: add multi-OS release workflow with auto-updater
- GitHub Action builds for Linux, Windows, macOS on v* tag push - macOS universal binary (Intel + Apple Silicon) - Draft release with all installers + updater signatures - tauri-plugin-updater for built-in auto-update support
