fix(ui): static inline code contrast fix + chip styling

Opcion A pura: fondo de inline code y color corregidos directamente en los 42 themes JSON (darken 5 light / lighten 5 dark, contraste WCAG en light). Sin metodos nuevos en cssGenerator ni generadores. Se mantiene solo el padding/radius del chip en index.css y composerHighlight.ts.
