docs(changelog): rewrite the last thirty releases for readers
Releases 1.13.1 through 1.22.1 are regrouped by what each change is (New, Improvements, Fixes, Misc) and reworded in the voice the changelog-authoring skill asks for: one or two plain sentences per bullet, the symptom or the capability named, no mechanism. Packed bullets were split, every fact and every contributor credit kept. Older releases keep the mechanical grouping. Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01VqV56Hez25hTxXH4ipJfzH

## App
### New
- **Chat attachments:** added Office and OpenDocument files (`.docx`, `.pptx`, `.xlsx`, `.odt`, `.odp`, and `.ods`), with readable text and supported embedded images extracted before sending. Attachments also support more source-code formats, notebooks, HAR files with credentials and cookies removed, SVG and Draw.io files, and HEIC/HEIF images; the composer warns when the selected model may ignore an attachment type.
- **Sessions/Worktrees**: idle root sessions can now be moved with their sub-sessions and uncommitted changes into a new worktree. Worktree creation also recovers when an earlier Git operation left the repository locked.
- Desktop: the app can now start directly with a saved remote instance, URL, or pairing link without requiring a local OpenCode installation or local server.
- Scheduled Tasks: tasks can now start with permission auto-accept enabled, and the permission and Run as goal controls use the same compact toggles as the chat composer.
- Desktop/macOS: added a setting to hide the menu bar item.
- **Chat attachments:** attach Office and OpenDocument files (`.docx`, `.pptx`, `.xlsx`, `.odt`, `.odp`, `.ods`). Their text and the embedded images OpenChamber can read are pulled out before the message goes off.
- **Sessions/Worktrees:** move an idle root session, its sub-sessions, and your uncommitted changes into a new worktree.
- Chat attachments: more source-code formats, notebooks, HAR files with credentials and cookies stripped, SVG and Draw.io drawings, and HEIC/HEIF images. The composer warns you when the chosen model may ignore an attachment type.
- Desktop: start straight into a saved remote instance, a URL, or a pairing link, with no local OpenCode and no local server.
- Scheduled Tasks: a task can start with permission auto-accept on. Its permission and Run as goal controls are the same compact toggles as in the chat composer.
- Desktop/macOS: a setting hides the menu bar item.

### Improvements
- Chat/Tools: attachments returned by plugin and custom tools remain visible after streaming and refreshes, with the same image previews and file chips as chat attachments (thanks to @FrostiDrinks).
- Sidebar: projects now default to manual ordering instead of recent-activity order; explicit sorting choices remain unchanged.
- Desktop/Windows: SSH remote instances now connect through native Windows OpenSSH without relying on unsupported connection sharing. Password authentication and port forwarding work through hidden background processes, and connection failures now show the underlying SSH error instead of a generic message.
- Mobile/Terminal: opening the terminal in a mobile browser or PWA now focuses its input and opens the keyboard without an extra tap (thanks to @bashrusakh).
- **Performance:** opening and switching sessions in a big workspace puts the selected and visible chats first.
- Chat: an assistant turn shows model, agent, thinking level, duration, and time together in its footer, and replies split by a hidden system or subagent prompt read as one turn.
- Sidebar: projects are ordered by hand by default. A sorting choice you made yourself stays as it is.
- Desktop/Windows: SSH remote instances connect through native Windows OpenSSH. Password login and port forwarding run in hidden background processes, and a failed connection shows the SSH error itself.
- Mobile/Terminal: opening the terminal in a mobile browser or PWA focuses the input and raises the keyboard with no second tap (thanks to @bashrusakh).
### Fixes
- **Performance:** opening and switching sessions now prioritizes the selected and visible chats in large workspaces. Failed refreshes keep the existing session list, parent sessions no longer disappear when their sub-sessions load first, and session data no longer crosses between instances, projects, or worktrees.
- Chat: assistant turns now show model, agent, thinking level, duration, and time together in the footer, and replies separated by hidden system or subagent prompts display as one continuous turn. The working indicator shows the model actually producing the active response, streaming at the bottom no longer jitters, and new user messages finish their entry animation instead of snapping into place.
- VSCode/Cursor: opening a chat no longer crashes when the editor webview does not expose its usual messaging APIs, and disposed editor tabs no longer receive late streaming messages (thanks to @makeittech).
- VSCode: the active workspace is now detected before startup state is restored, preventing projects outside the editor workspace from replacing it.
- Context Panel: delayed file-open requests no longer switch the panel back to a file after you select another tab.
- Performance: a failed refresh keeps the session list you had, a parent session no longer vanishes when its sub-sessions load first, and session data stays inside its own instance, project, and worktree.
- Chat: the working indicator names the model actually writing the reply, streaming at the bottom no longer jitters, and a new user message finishes its entry animation instead of snapping into place.
- Chat/Tools: attachments returned by plugin and custom tools stay visible after streaming and refreshes, with the same image previews and file chips as your own attachments (thanks to @FrostiDrinks).
- Sessions/Worktrees: creating a worktree recovers when an earlier Git operation left the repository locked.
- VS Code and Cursor: opening a chat no longer crashes when the editor webview lacks its usual messaging APIs, and a closed editor tab stops receiving late streaming messages (thanks to @makeittech).
- VS Code: the active workspace is worked out before saved state is restored, so a project outside the editor workspace cannot replace it.
- Context Panel: a slow file-open request no longer yanks the panel back to that file after you picked another tab.
