refactor: update keyboard shortcuts to prevent conflicts (#100)

Change Keyboard Shortcuts dialog shortcut from Cmd+H to Cmd+.
Update memory debug shortcut from Cmd+Shift+M to Cmd+Shift+D
Modify model selector shortcut to use Cmd+Shift+M
