ci(deploy): use SSH URL for checkout clone

The https://gitea@giteassh.buzzbee.dev:Vibing/... URL parsed the colon as a
port. Use the SSH form gitea@giteassh.buzzbee.dev:Vibing/openchamber.git
which the runner's deploy key authenticates.
