ci(deploy): clone into subdir, don't rm the runner cwd

rm -rf $GITHUB_WORKSPACE deleted the runner's own working directory,
breaking git clone (fatal: Unable to read current working directory).
Clone into $GITHUB_WORKSPACE/repo instead.
