The archived bucket is the only sidebar group that routinely grows
into the hundreds or thousands of rows (projects accumulate archived
sessions over time). On main, expanding the bucket mounts every row
at once — for a project with ~1400 archived sessions that's
thousands of subscriptions, layouts, and event handlers committed
on a single render.
Wrap the archived bucket's row map in `@tanstack/react-virtual`
(already in deps) when the visible count crosses 50. DOM stays
bounded to the visible window + overscan regardless of total size.
Implementation notes:
- Threshold + estimate are local constants; only the archived
bucket is gated, every other group keeps its eager render.
- The virtualizer needs a scroll element. The sidebar's scroll
lives on an ancestor `ScrollableOverlay`; rather than threading
a ref through every intermediate component for this one use
case, we walk up the DOM from the row container.
- `measureElement` handles variable row heights (subagent
expansion, status indicators, etc.).
- ResizeObserver re-measures on sidebar resize, mirroring the
pattern in ChangesSection.

Replace @remixicon/react with a shared Icon component that renders
via <use href> references to a single hidden SVG sprite. This reduces
DOM node count by replacing inline SVGs with lightweight references.

- Only push archived group in useSessionGrouping when there are archived
sessions, preventing an empty archived section from rendering
- Hide empty folders in archived bucket via shouldKeepFolder check in
SessionGroupSection (folders with no sessions and no content in
children are filtered out)
- Always filter folders through shouldKeepFolder, not just during search

- Cut broad render fanout across the app by replacing shared-store whole-object subscriptions with leaf selectors, memoizing hot chrome boundaries, and isolating disabled global providers from live session/message state. - Rework sidebar session ordering so recent, project groups, and worktree groups derive from one ordering source while avoiding streaming-time thrash. The sidebar now uses a stabilized session snapshot, preserves structural identity for unchanged rows, reads live row status/details per session, and applies a one-shot sort bump on idle->busy instead of continuously resorting during activity.
- Fix chat/input scroll instability by separating viewport-resize handling from message-growth handling, disabling conflicting native scroll anchoring, and stopping textarea autosize from collapsing on every growth keystroke. This removes the multiline typing jiggle during streaming and reduces unnecessary composer rerenders.
- Also gate voice context wiring behind voice-mode enablement and codify the learned render/scroll/order anti-patterns in AGENTS.md so future changes avoid the same classes of regressions.

prevented users from right-clicking on HTTP links in chat messages
