* refactor(assets): rename logo svg files to include dimensions

* feat(assets): add 192x192 png versions of logos for PWA support

* fix(pwa): update static webmanifest with new logo paths and sizes

* fix(pwa): update dynamic manifest generation to use new 512px and 192px icons
