Every release file now carries a title: two to six plain words naming the change a user would remember it for. The generator refuses a release without one, promote carries the title from unreleased.md, and the unreleased template opens with a title line. The changelog-authoring skill and the format README describe how to write it. Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01VqV56Hez25hTxXH4ipJfzH

App
New
- Prompt Navigator: an optional marker rail beside desktop chats. Hover a marker to preview that prompt, click to jump to it, or give it a shortcut in Keyboard Shortcuts settings (thanks to @makeittech).
- Chat/Subagents: "Open subtask" works for nested subagents in the side-panel chat, and a Parent action takes you back to the previous subagent (thanks to @ameshkov).
Improvements
- Chat: a shell-mode command card updates its status and output while the command runs, and highlights the command and its output.
- Small Model: a custom OpenAI-compatible provider uses the base URL and API key from your OpenCode configuration (thanks to @ameshkov).
Fixes
- Performance: a large session sidebar stays responsive while chats stream, including setups with many projects, worktrees, and sessions.
- Chat: opening a long chat after an empty or aborted agent turn no longer reloads bigger and bigger parts of its history.
- Chat/Subagents: a task card follows its own subagent when several run at once, so its activity and "Open subtask" no longer point at another session.
- Sessions: a temporary project lookup failure no longer drops worktree groups from the sidebar.
