* feat(ui): update keyboard shortcuts to use platform-appropriate modifier keys

* fix(macos): update keyboard shortcuts to use Cmd modifier

Change Command Palette shortcut from Ctrl+X to Cmd+K
Update all menu shortcuts to use Cmd instead of Ctrl on macOS

* Fix linter issue
