* Initial plan

* fix(vscode): improve Windows path handling in git service

- Remove shell: true from execGit spawn options to fix issues with
  git paths containing spaces on Windows
- Fix normalizePath to handle tilde expansion correctly by expanding
  first, then normalizing slashes
