Every release file now carries a title: two to six plain words naming the change a user would remember it for. The generator refuses a release without one, promote carries the title from unreleased.md, and the unreleased template opens with a title line. The changelog-authoring skill and the format README describe how to write it. Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01VqV56Hez25hTxXH4ipJfzH

Fixes
- Stability: a single internal error no longer takes the local server down and leaves the instance unreachable until you restart it. The error is logged and the server keeps running.
- Chat: new messages no longer jump above older ones once the message ID sequence rolls over. Loading history, reverting and redoing follow the same order as the conversation.
- Mobile: connecting to a server that has authentication turned off survives closing and reopening the app. Auto-reconnect and the return-to-app check no longer read the missing password token as a lost connection and send you back to the connect screen.
- Browser: opening or restoring a dev server preview while you are connected over a relay or another non-standard address no longer crashes the app; the preview says the tunnel is unavailable.
