Bohdan Triapitsyn 967704a9b9 docs: add OpenChamber feature docs and translations (#1400)
* docs: add OpenChamber feature docs and translations

Add 30 new docs pages covering OpenChamber-specific workflows and setup:
OpenCode server, providers/models/agents, MCP, skills, commands & snippets,
usage, projects, context, notes/todos/plans, scheduled tasks, project actions,
preview, worktrees, multi-run, git & GitHub, magic prompts, git identities,
mobile/PWA, security, notifications, voice, project icons, remote instances,
desktop browser, updates, and three troubleshooting pages.

Rebuild sidebar into eight task-oriented sections and translate every new
page into all six supported locales (uk, zh-cn, es, pt-br, ko, pl).

* docs: surface new sections on homepage and cross-link tunnels

Add an Explore block to the docs homepage (all seven locales) linking to
the new section anchors, and cross-link the Tunnels page to Security and
PWA & Mobile.

description: Create reusable instructions that agents load on demand.

# Skills
A skill is a reusable set of instructions an agent can pull in when it's relevant — for example, "how we write commit messages" or "our API conventions." You manage them at **Settings → Skills**.
To install ready-made skills instead of writing your own, see [Skills Catalog](/skills-catalog/).
## Create a skill
1. Open **Settings → Skills**.
2. Create a skill and give it a name and a short description. The description is how the agent decides when the skill applies, so make it specific.
3. Write the instructions. Add supporting files if the skill needs them.
4. Choose where it lives:
- **personal** — available in every project
- **project** — available only in the current project
## Use a skill in chat
Type `/` in the middle of a message to bring up the skill picker, then choose one. The agent loads that skill's instructions for the response.
A `/` at the very start of the message opens [commands](/commands-snippets/) instead.
