* docs: add OpenChamber feature docs and translations

Add 30 new docs pages covering OpenChamber-specific workflows and setup:
OpenCode server, providers/models/agents, MCP, skills, commands & snippets,
usage, projects, context, notes/todos/plans, scheduled tasks, project actions,
preview, worktrees, multi-run, git & GitHub, magic prompts, git identities,
mobile/PWA, security, notifications, voice, project icons, remote instances,
desktop browser, updates, and three troubleshooting pages.

Rebuild sidebar into eight task-oriented sections and translate every new
page into all six supported locales (uk, zh-cn, es, pt-br, ko, pl).

* docs: surface new sections on homepage and cross-link tunnels

Add an Explore block to the docs homepage (all seven locales) linking to
the new section anchors, and cross-link the Tunnels page to Security and

# Usage & Quotas
The Usage page shows how much of each provider's plan you've used, so you can see how close you are to a limit. Open it at **Settings → Usage**.
## What you see
For each connected provider, OpenChamber shows:
- how much of the current window you've used, as a bar
- a breakdown by model
- a pace indicator, so you can tell if you're on track to run out
You can choose which providers appear, and the same summary is available from a dropdown in the app header.
## Supported providers
Usage works for the providers that publish a quota, including Claude, Codex, GitHub Copilot, Google, OpenRouter, Kimi, NanoGPT, z.ai, Zhipu, MiniMax, Ollama Cloud, and Wafer.
A provider only shows usage once you've signed in to it on the [Providers](/providers/) page. A few providers need an extra step — for example, Ollama Cloud reads a session file you set up separately. If a provider shows no data, it usually means that extra credential is missing.
