fix: param-key mapping, phantom ops, and delete/update maps — close #12-#15
...
- #12 : Remove tag from DELETE_PARAM_KEY (DeleteTag uses {id}, not {tag})
- #13 : Remove 5 phantom execute ops (RunServerRefreshContainers/RunCommand/Scripts/Copy/Move)
- #14 : Remove user_group from UPDATE_REQUEST_MAP (UpdateUserGroup doesn't exist)
- #15 : Server-scoped execute ops pass {server} not {id}; RunSync passes {sync} not {id}

fix: align all API mappings with live Core v2.3.3, close #4-#11
...
- Remove 72 phantom endpoints from types.ts (non-existent in live API)
- Fix 11 naming drifts (ListSyncResources→ListResourceSyncs, RunStackPull→PullStack, etc.)
- Add missing execute ops: pull_stack, deploy_stack_service (RunStackService), run_sync
- Remove phantom resource types: execution, access_request, terminal, alert
- Add komodo_copy tool (11 resource types) and komodo_rename tool (12 types)
- Add 14 new list_detail types (swarm_*, config, extra_args, etc.)
- Fix komodo-client.ts: fallback to KOMODO_INIT_ADMIN_USERNAME/PASSWORD env vars
- Rewrite references/api.md to match actual OpenAPI v2.3.3 spec
- Remove terminal from test script RESOURCE_DEFS (no longer valid resource type)

- Fix tag create: AddTag → CreateTag
- Fix tag update: UpdateTag → UpdateTagColor, param {id} → {tag}
- Fix sync_resource create/update: CreateSyncResource → CreateResourceSync,
UpdateSyncResource → UpdateResourceSync
- Add GET/DELETE param remapping for tag ({tag}), variable ({name}),
user_group ({user_group}) — same pattern as INSPECT_PARAM_KEY
- Update api.md with corrected endpoint names
- Add scripts/test_write_lifecycle.py — full CRUD lifecycle test
covering 15 resource types across 4 tiers, urllib-only
All fixes verified live against Core v2.3.3 error responses.

Expand from 7 tools to 11 tools covering 100% of the Komodo v2.3.2 API:
New tools:
- komodo_summary: resource summaries/stats
- komodo_inspect: Docker object inspection (16 types)
- komodo_search_logs: log search with query
- komodo_list_detail: extended listing (27 types)
Expanded existing tools:
- 12 → 21 resource types (action, repo, builder, swarm, variable, user_group, alert, terminal, git_provider_account)
- 37 → 100+ execute operations
- komodo_logs: 4 resource types with proper endpoints
Other changes:
- API key auth support (X-Api-Key / X-Api-Secret headers)
- 30s fetch timeout + structured error handling
- Updated docs: references/api.md (483 lines), README.md (238 lines)
