### Improvements
- Startup: OpenCode health checks now work with OpenCode 1.15.x.

### Fixes
- Windows/Startup: WSL OpenCode installs are no longer detected or launched; install OpenCode natively on Windows and configure `opencode.cmd` or `opencode.exe` instead.
- Files: file trees now show directory loading errors with a retry action instead of leaving the folder empty, and slow Git ignore checks no longer block directory listings indefinitely.
