Every release file now carries a title: two to six plain words naming the change a user would remember it for. The generator refuses a release without one, promote carries the title from unreleased.md, and the unreleased template opens with a title line. - Windows/Startup: WSL OpenCode installs are no longer detected or launched; install OpenCode natively on Windows and configure
opencode.cmdoropencode.exeinstead. - Files: file trees now show directory loading errors with a retry action instead of leaving the folder empty, and slow Git ignore checks no longer block directory listings indefinitely.
