fix(github): stop fork remotes from claiming the local branch's PR badge
PR-status source candidates were every configured remote, so a checkout carrying contributor forks matched a fork's closed PR whose head merely shared the branch name — a fork's 'main' surfaced on the local main in the git and work-status panels. Only the ranked-first remote (the one the branch pushes to) and its fork network are PR sources now; other remotes remain search targets but their owner:branch heads no longer count. |

fix(github): keep merged PRs as branch history instead of hiding them
Branch status resolves an open PR across the whole fork network first, so a merged fork PR can never hide an open upstream PR for the same head. Only when no target has an open PR does the branch's newest closed/merged PR come back, as history. The panel shows that history as a compact note and offers creating the next PR below it, instead of either sticking on a terminal PR or going blank after a merge. Terminal associations stay persisted for reload continuity but are never treated as authority: they revalidate on the discovery cadence and on focus. History is looked up only for the branch's own remote and name, and remembered per repo+branch, so the extra lookup cannot exhaust the route's resolve budget. The checks summary and merge-permission lookup are skipped for a closed or merged PR, where neither is actionable. |

test(github): cover persist, hydrate, and complete open-list misses
Add store persist/hydrate regressions for terminal branch associations and a server test that a complete empty open list does not query closed PRs. Inline the open-only matcher state so the next repo target can win. Co-authored-by: serkraser <serkraser@gmail.com> |

fix(github): stop stale merged PRs from sticking in branch status
Branch PR status now resolves open PRs only, revalidates closed/merged associations on a discovery cadence, and clears authoritative empty results so the panel can self-heal without a manual refresh. Co-authored-by: Serhii Dziupin <makeittech@users.noreply.github.com> |

Remove verified dead declarations (#2714)
* chore: remove verified dead declarations Co-authored-by: Serhii Dziupin <makeittech@users.noreply.github.com> * chore: narrow unused internal exports Co-authored-by: Serhii Dziupin <makeittech@users.noreply.github.com> * chore: remove newly exposed dead helpers Co-authored-by: Serhii Dziupin <makeittech@users.noreply.github.com> * chore: remove unused deep-link serializer Co-authored-by: Serhii Dziupin <makeittech@users.noreply.github.com> * test: drop two tests that assert on copies of the code mainLayoutMobileSidebarMount read MainLayout.tsx and SessionSidebar.tsx as strings and asserted on source substrings down to exact indentation, so it failed on formatting rather than behaviour. useProjectSessionSelection.test reimplemented the hook's visitNodes logic inside the test file and asserted against that copy, so it could not observe the hook at all. Co-authored-by: Serhii Dziupin <makeittech@users.noreply.github.com> * test: repair sync suites that had rotted while unrunnable No runner executed packages/ui, so these drifted from the source unnoticed: two imported helpers that are no longer exported, one directory-store stub predated the session field routeMessage reads, and the WebSocket fake missed the mandatory url-token mint plus the close event the socket wrapper reads. Co-authored-by: Serhii Dziupin <makeittech@users.noreply.github.com> * test: stop the web suite failing on timeouts and a hand-copied mock The Git suites drive a real git binary, so the 5s default made a valid suite fail differently per run. The gitApiHttp mock listed ~70 export names by hand and fell behind the source; it now derives every stub from the real module, which the added shared-UI aliases make resolvable. Co-authored-by: Serhii Dziupin <makeittech@users.noreply.github.com> * test: run every suite from one command and in CI packages/ui (232 files) and packages/vscode (22) had no test script at all, CI ran neither, and 9 vscode files could never run because Node cannot resolve their extensionless TypeScript imports. Three electron files sat outside every script list, one of them importing vitest, which that package does not depend on. A runner gives each file its own process, since these suites keep module-level singletons and fail by load order when sharing one. Co-authored-by: Serhii Dziupin <makeittech@users.noreply.github.com> * chore: delete a superseded repro harness and a completed plan The issue-2638 harness needed lsof, overrode process.platform and spawned real servers, and nothing referenced it; event-stream/rebind.test.js now covers the same hub-pinned-to-the-old-port behaviour. The pairing v2 plan described relay and the pairing UI as out of scope, both of which shipped. Co-authored-by: Serhii Dziupin <makeittech@users.noreply.github.com> * docs: point at the theme tools and record the github barrel invariant convert-vscode-theme and harmonize-theme were referenced nowhere, so the theme-authoring reference now names them. The github barrel is loaded through await import('./index.js') and destructured per route, which no static report can see; documenting that is what stops the next cleanup from deleting it. Co-authored-by: Serhii Dziupin <makeittech@users.noreply.github.com> * test: repair merge drift in bridge and route-registry mocks upstream/main gained upsertProviderConfig on bridge-system-runtime and a PATCH scheduled-task route after this branch forked. Their test doubles were never updated to match: - bridge-system-runtime.test.js: add upsertProviderConfig to the opencodeConfig mock so the import resolves. - sse-routes.test.js: add app.patch to the route registry stub. --------- Co-authored-by: Serhii Dziupin <makeittech@users.noreply.github.com> |

feat(ui): context panel 2.0 - surface rail, changes-first git view, live PR surface (#2418)
* feat(ui): add context surface registry and rail switcher * feat(ui): move git and project notes into context surfaces, embed editor file tree * feat(ui): replace right sidebar with context surfaces, per-surface panel widths * refactor(ui): retire legacy main-tab overlays and right-sidebar state * feat(ui): rail polish, right-docked file tree, terminal surface * feat(ui): move terminal into context surface, per-surface tab closing, editor empty state * feat(ui): tune default rail order and activity dot * fix(ui): keep context panel controls anchored during width animations * feat(ui): lazy-follow context panel resize with window-level drag tracking * feat(ui): panel dividers, right-dock tree icon, muted outline folder icons * feat(ui): restructure git view into changes-first surface with standalone PR surface - Remove commit/update/pr tabs; git view is always changes + commit - Promote pull request to its own rail surface with shared repo context - Move update-branch and re-integrate flows into separate dialogs - Add PR status chip and repo actions menu to the git header row - Seed new PR-status entries from resolved sibling remotes to avoid a false "checking status" state when the PR is already known - History/graph dialog refresh button, fingerprint global identity icon, muted outline folder icons follow-ups * feat(ui): progressive-disclosure PR surface with live checks and pinned chat context - Segment the PR surface into Overview / Checks / Comments pill tabs with live badges; merge controls move to the status row - Live checks segment: progress bar, per-run rows with workflow names, elapsed timers, expandable failures, auto-refresh while pending - PR comments and failed checks pin as chat-context drafts (like terminal selections) instead of sending an immediate message; works on new-session drafts too - Shared prContext cache client+server, ETag conditional requests in the octokit wrapper (304s bypass rate limits), extended checks aggregate (inProgress/queued/startedAt) - Resolve gh-CLI auth login for merge-permission checks - Full-width description editor with matched control heights * fix(ui): single source of truth for PR checks and status readers - Derive the checks aggregate from the visible run list and sync it into the PR-status store so bar, badges, header, and git-view chip agree - Route PR body hydration through the shared context cache - Git-view PR chip reads the freshest entry across remote keys * fix(github): freshness stamps prevent stale cache responses from regressing PR state - pr/status and pulls/context responses carry a server-side fetchedAt that survives cache serves - The status store rejects responses older than the held snapshot (only clearing the loading flag), and the checks sync adopts the context's stamp so stale status polls cannot flip fresher derived checks - Regression test for the stale-response guard * perf(github): repo-level pull-list cache collapses per-branch PR resolution - One pulls.list per repo per state per 45s answers every branch (10 worktrees = 1 call, not 10 query fans); in-flight fetches coalesce - A complete repo list makes a no-PR miss authoritative, skipping the per-owner head queries AND the Search API fallback (the 30/min killer) - force refresh bypasses the repo list cache; PR create/merge/ready invalidate it * perf(github): back off Search API misses per repo+branch A branch without a PR re-searched on every poll; with >100 closed PRs the list miss is never authoritative, so the search fallback still ran and burned the 30/min search quota. Remember misses for 10 minutes; PR creation clears remembered misses for the repo. * fix(github): dedupe re-run check runs to the latest per (app, name) listForRef returns the superseded completed run alongside its re-run; GitHub's UI shows only the latest per name. Mirror that in both pr/status and pulls/context so counts and run lists match github.com. * fix(ui): address review findings on registry test, surface docs, and PR-context keys - Rail-order test asserts against the registry itself (was stale after the 'pr' surface landed and failed) - surfaces DOCUMENTATION.md describes actual behavior: has-content surfaces hide until content exists; only multi-instance/terminal panes are keep-alive, singleton surfaces remount and restore from stores - PR-context cache keys are runtime-scoped JSON tuples; invalidation compares the directory exactly instead of by string prefix (+ test) * fix(ui): wrap long unbreakable tokens in check-run details Annotation messages with long SHAs/URLs overflowed the panel; break-words on annotation title/message/rawDetails and output summary/text, and the expanded run body clips instead of widening the panel. * fix(ui): busy state for context-attach buttons and honest attach labels - 'Attach failed checks' / 'Attach all to chat' show a spinner and disable while the context request runs (previously nothing happened for seconds) - Action labels/tooltips reworded from send-to-agent to attach-to-chat semantics across all locales * fix(i18n): Ukrainian attach wording uses 'прикріпити' with proper cases * fix(ui): runtime-scope PR-view remote caches, correct surfaces doc on preview - Remote/remote-url caches in PullRequestView are keyed by runtime + directory so a backend switch never serves another runtime's remotes - surfaces DOCUMENTATION.md: preview is not keep-alive; preview tabs remount on switch like singleton surfaces * fix(ui): rail active color, clearer collapse icon, remove dead bottom-terminal dock Design-review feedback on the context panel: - Context rail: icons enlarged 16px -> 18px; the active surface is now highlighted with the primary color only (no background, no scale animation), replacing the previous scale-up effect that read as a resize rather than a selected state. - Files tree: the icon-only 'collapse all folders' toolbar button now uses collapse-vertical instead of contract-up-down, which was easily mistaken for a close button. The labelled 'Collapse all' dropdown item in the session sidebar keeps its icon since text removes the ambiguity. - Terminal: removed the leftover bottom-dock expand/close buttons that rendered in the context-panel terminal but controlled a dock that no longer exists (nothing toggles it anymore), so the expand button appeared to do nothing and duplicated the panel-header fullscreen control. Cleaned up the entire inert layer with it: four useUIStore fields (isBottomTerminalOpen/Expanded, bottomTerminalHeight, hasManuallyResizedBottomTerminal), five actions, their persistence, the MainLayout resize listener that only served the dock height, the dock-driven refit effect in TerminalView, and the terminalView.bottomDock.* keys across all 10 locale dictionaries. Validated: ui type-check and lint clean; messages parity test (2 pass) and useUIStore contextPanel test (13 pass) green; icon sprite regenerated via icons:generate. * refactor: use PR visual state for git header icon Derives the pull request icon color from a single visual state Covers merged, closed, draft, blocked, and open PR states Removes conditional class handling from the git header icon |

perf: overhaul session loading, caching, and runtime isolation (#2360)
Improve OpenChamber responsiveness under large session workloads while fixing cache, synchronization, and persistence correctness across runtimes, projects, directories, and worktrees. - prioritize selected and visible sessions during bootstrap and defer non-critical enrichment work - reduce redundant message loading, event processing, store publication, and hidden sidebar work - prevent stale session and message requests from overwriting newer authoritative state - preserve existing data when authoritative fetches fail instead of treating failures as successful empty responses - scope session materialization, messages, drafts, queues, todos, pins, permissions, folders, tabs, Git state, and pull request data by runtime and directory identity - harden runtime switching, reconnect, cleanup, mutation reconciliation, and persisted-state ordering - preserve live subagent Task linkage when metadata arrives after an older message request or while streaming parts are suspended - coalesce overlapping tail refreshes without losing newer refresh demand - improve cold-session loading by moving deferrable work out of the critical bootstrap path - isolate URL authentication, mobile credentials, native secrets, and other runtime-owned state across endpoint changes - bound long-lived caches and remove avoidable allocations from event and rendering hot paths - limit virtualization to archive collections where it improves rendering without disrupting active sidebar layout - stabilize session folders, pin ordering, expanded state, and persisted sidebar behavior - open skill files through the same secure editor and outside-workspace grant flow used by file navigation, including worktree sessions - expand regression coverage for stale completions, runtime collisions, reconnect behavior, persistence races, authoritative empty results, and subagent refresh ordering - document the updated synchronization, cache ownership, performance, and runtime-isolation invariants |

fix(github): skip PR status resolution for a directory that no longer exists
A deleted worktree often still has a session in the sidebar, which keeps polling its PR status — spending a git status call (the source of the noisy 'directory does not exist' errors) plus remote/repo resolution on a gone path. Bail out early when the directory is missing; the route already returns a benign no-repo result, which caches so it stops re-polling. |

perf(github): resolve remote candidates and repo metadata concurrently
resolveGitHubPrStatus walked remotes and candidate repos one network call at a time. Resolve all ranked remotes and fetch all candidate repo metadata with Promise.all instead, preserving rank/priority order and dedup. Cuts wall-clock on multi-remote/fork setups so a resolution is far less likely to hit the overall timeout. The PR-search loop keeps its early-return (parallelizing it would issue more calls, not fewer). |

feat(github): detect rate limiting and pause PR status calls during cooldown
Octokit has no throttling plugin, so under a flood of PR-status calls a primary/secondary rate limit just surfaced as repeated 403s that the cache masked. Add a shared rate-limit gate: PR-status sub-calls note 403/429 responses, and the route short-circuits to cached/stale data during the cooldown instead of issuing more doomed requests. Transient failures (rate limit or the overall timeout) no longer log as hard errors. |

fix(github): add a per-request timeout to all Octokit calls
Octokit v22 uses native fetch, which has no built-in timeout, so a stuck GitHub request hung until the PR-status route's 12s overall budget fired — and one slow request could consume the entire budget. Wrap fetch with an 8s AbortSignal.timeout via a shared createOctokit() factory, and route the inline Octokit instantiations through it too. |

fix(github): stop PR-status requests from starving startup connection pool
Watching N worktrees fired N PR-status requests at once (startWatching called refresh() directly, bypassing the batch limiter). Each request can take 20s+ under GitHub secondary-rate-limiting, and N of them saturate the browser's ~6 HTTP/1.1 connections per origin, starving the critical path (bootstrap session.status, diffs, sending messages) until they finish — the UI appeared frozen for ~20s on startup. - Gate all PR-status network calls through a global concurrency semaphore (max 2), so free sockets always remain for critical traffic. - Bound resolveGitHubPrStatus with a 12s timeout so a slow request fails fast instead of holding a socket; the client keeps its last-known status. - Reuse already-fetched repo metadata for the default branch instead of a redundant repos.get, reducing serial GitHub calls (less rate-limiting). |

Fallback to gh CLI credentials if available (#1515)
Adds `gh` CLI as a GitHub credential fallback for users who already have `gh auth login` configured locally. OpenChamber-owned OAuth credentials remain the primary source of truth; the `gh` token is only used when no stored OpenChamber GitHub access token exists and the fallback is not disabled. The fallback is implemented as a credential provider only: GitHub features continue to use the existing Octokit/GitHub API paths for issues, pull requests, checks, merges, and related operations. The PR does not replace those endpoints with `gh issue` or `gh pr` CLI commands. Server changes: - Add `gh-cli-credential.js` to read `gh auth token` with a bounded timeout. - Cache the `gh` token lookup for 30 seconds, including negative results, to avoid repeated subprocess spawning on status/polling paths. - Hide the subprocess window on Windows via `windowsHide: true`. - Clear the gh CLI token cache when the fallback setting changes. - Update `getOctokitOrNull()` to prefer stored OpenChamber OAuth tokens and fall back to the `gh` token only when enabled. - Add `ghCliDisabled` persistence in the existing settings file with atomic writes and `0o600` file permissions. - Add `POST /api/github/auth/gh-cli` to enable or disable the fallback. - Extend `/api/github/auth/status` with `ghCli` metadata: availability, disabled state, active state, and active user when applicable. UI/runtime changes: - Extend `GitHubAuthStatus` and `GitHubAPI` with gh CLI fallback metadata and toggle support. - Add web RuntimeAPI support for toggling the gh CLI fallback through `runtimeFetch`, preserving active runtime/remote target behavior. - Add deterministic VS Code unsupported handling for the gh CLI toggle. - Update GitHub Settings to show gh CLI availability and active status. - When gh CLI is the active auth source, show it in the connected account card and offer Disable instead of Disconnect. - Keep Add Account available so users can still connect an OpenChamber OAuth account, which then takes priority over gh CLI. - Add localized gh CLI settings strings across supported settings locales. Fixes addressed during review: - Removed unreachable UI branches in the inactive gh CLI card. - Avoided duplicate and repeated `gh auth token` subprocess calls. - Hardened settings file permissions for the new persisted flag. - Routed the gh CLI toggle through the RuntimeAPI/runtimeFetch path instead of direct browser `fetch`. - Added targeted tests for hidden subprocess options and negative-result cache behavior. - Fixed a VS Code webview Response body typing issue that blocked type-check. |

feat: server-side GitHub search for issue/PR pickers (#1352)
Replace local-only filtering in GitHub issue/PR picker dialogs with server-side GitHub Search API queries. Search text is sent as a query parameter to the server, which uses the GitHub Search API (issuesAndPullRequests endpoint) with repo: qualifiers including fork network support. Results are debounced at 350ms to respect API rate limits. - Add query parameter to GitHubAPI issuesList/prsList interface - Server routes use Search API when query is present, standard list endpoint when absent - Fork networks handled via repo:owner/repo OR repo:owner/upstream - PR search fetches full PR details after Search API for head/base/draft fields - Remove local filter memos from all three picker dialogs - Add debounced search effect with abort controller cleanup - Update VS Code backend and webview API for parity - Update search placeholders in all locales Closes #1350 Co-authored-by: Bohdan Triapitsyn <artmore@protonmail.com> |

* refactor: extract fs module from server index
* refactor: move opencode route ownership into module
* refactor: extract notification route registration
* refactor: extract opencode and notification runtimes from index
* refactor: extract settings runtime and complete server modularization pass
* refactor: modularize server config, skills, icons, and tunnel routes
* refactor: extract server modules from monolithic index.js
Split proxy, routes, runtime helpers, and notification emitter
into dedicated modules under packages/web/server/lib/.
* refactor: replace session/message stores with SSE-driven sync layer
Delete ~9200 lines of old architecture (useEventStream, messageStore,
sessionStore, useSessionStore, questionStore, useTodoStore, client SSE).
New sync layer: event pipeline with coalescing + 16ms flush, pure event
reducer, per-directory child stores with LRU eviction, cursor pagination,
optimistic updates, deferred timeline staging, text throttle.
Migrate all UI consumers to sync hooks (useSessionMessages,
useSessionMessageRecords, useSessionStatus, useSessionPermissions, etc).
Strip session-ui-store to UI-only state, delegate SDK ops to
session-actions with abort-if-busy, optimistic store updates, and
response merging for revert/fork/archive/delete.
Add notification-store for SSE-driven session attention tracking,
cross-directory GlobalSessionStatusStore for sidebar indicators,
client-side diff snapshot sanitization to prevent memory bloat,
and revert message filtering via useVisibleSessionMessages.
* feat: notification store, session actions, activity detection
Add notification-store.ts for SSE-driven attention tracking.
Add sanitize.ts to strip diff snapshot memory bloat.
Add session-actions.ts with optimistic revert/fork/archive/delete.
Improve useSessionActivity with incomplete-message fallback.
Delete useServerSessionStatus polling hook.
* fix: add directory param to all SDK calls, fix command/shell/abort routing
All SDK calls in session-actions.ts now pass directory parameter —
required by OpenCode server to scope session operations. Without it,
abort, commands, revert, fork, and other operations returned 500.
Add routeMessage() in session-ui-store for shell mode (session.shell),
slash commands (session.command), and normal prompts. Command lookup
checks both sync child store and useCommandsStore. Handle /compact
locally via session.summarize().
Implement getContextUsage() to restore header context usage display —
reads token counts from last assistant message in sync store.
* refactor: replace custom API proxy with http-proxy-middleware
Remove ~280 lines of custom proxy code: forwardSseRequest,
forwardGenericApiRequest, collectRequestBodyBuffer, header
manipulation, hop-by-hop filtering, SSE block buffering.
Replace with single createProxyMiddleware() call that handles
SSE streaming, large bodies, and timeouts out of the box.
Dynamic router for OpenCode port changes after restarts.
Auth headers injected via proxyReq hook.
Keep: readiness gate, Windows session merge, API prefix detection.
* perf: targeted event draft cloning to fix streaming render cascade
Event handler was eagerly cloning all state slices on every event,
breaking Zustand selector referential equality. During streaming
(~60 events/sec), this caused every subscriber to re-render regardless
of which slice actually changed.
Now only clones fields the specific event type mutates. Also extracts
StatusRowContainer to isolate high-frequency useAssistantStatus
subscription, removes dead messageStreamStatesMap subscription from
ChatContainer, and narrows useAssistantStatus to only track last
assistant message parts.
MessageList renders: 1972 → 296 per streaming session (-85%).
* fix: null safety for sync state slices
Add defensive ?? {} guards on permission, question, session_status,
and message record access. Prevents crashes when child store state
is partially initialized during bootstrap.
* perf: dedup inflight SDK calls, extract concurrency util, delay PR tracking
Extract mapWithConcurrency to shared lib/concurrency.ts. Add in-flight
dedup for loadProviders/loadAgents to prevent concurrent duplicate SDK
calls. Delay initial PR background tracking by 5s to reduce startup
CPU burst.
* fix: header session lookup across all child stores
Session title and context panel click failed when session belonged to
a different directory than the current child store. Fall back to
getAllSyncSessions() to search all initialized stores.
* chore: bump @opencode-ai/sdk to 1.3.5
* docs: add sync event handling guide
* Optimize session prefetch and improve delete/archive UX
- Add settlement delay to session prefetch to avoid race conditions on
rapid session switches
- Reduce git diff prefetch and session cache limits for better performance
- Implement optimistic UI updates for session delete/archive operations
with proper rollback on failure
- Wire session prefetch hook into SessionSidebar with sync integration
* Add file content cache and sync optimizations
- Wrap FilesAPI with in-memory LRU cache for file content with dual
constraints (entry count and byte size)
- Optimize chat timeline scroll restoration using useLayoutEffect
- Preserve React references in message and part arrays to prevent
unnecessary re-renders when prepending history
- Add session prefetch TTL cache to prevent redundant fetches
- Integrate session prefetch cache clearing with eviction flow
* Improve session sidebar error handling and add diff prefetch filtering
Load active and archived sessions independently using Promise.allSettled
to prevent one failure from blocking the other. Add retry logic to session
API calls and skip large files during diff prefetch to improve performance.
* Replace sendMessage with optimisticSend wrapper
Introduces optimistic UI updates for normal chat messages to provide
instant feedback. Messages appear immediately in the UI while the API
call executes in the background, with automatic rollback on errors.
* perf: split stores, proper optimistic send, fix revert/directory bugs
- split session-ui-store into voice/input/selection/viewport stores
to reduce subscriber re-evaluation during streaming
- wire optimisticSend through useSync shadow Map infrastructure
matching OpenCode's pattern (no heuristic part detection)
- port OpenCode Identifier.ascending ID format for correct sorting
- pass messageID to promptAsync to prevent duplicate messages
- fix worktree directory not propagating to session actions
(dynamic dir() via opencodeClient.getDirectory)
- fix setCurrentSession accepting directoryHint for new sessions
- fix revert not hiding messages (session limit was 5, bumped to match loaded count)
- fix revert optimistic message removal from store
- fix load-more flicker (useLayoutEffect scroll compensation)
- add prefetch TTL cache, file content LRU cache
- add session prefetch for adjacent sessions
- add instant archive/delete (optimistic before SDK call)
- migrate legacy window.__zustand_session_store__ to session-ui-store
- add retry + independent error handling for archived sessions
- add AGENTS.md performance rules
* perf: startup optimization — dedup, caching, light git status, diff rendering gates
- defer diff prefetch to git tab open, reduce concurrency 4→2, skip >500 changed lines
- cap project git checks concurrency (2), directory status probe (3)
- dedup provider/agent loading, github auth, worktree list (in-flight + TTL caches)
- delay PR tracking 5s, cache 403 search failures per-repo
- coalesce settings PUT (200ms debounce), cache settings GET (2s TTL)
- cache canonical directory resolution (60s TTL)
- persist missing directory status to localStorage (10min TTL)
- light/heavy git status: polling skips numstat+line counting+rev-list
- large diff rendering gate (>500 lines → "render anyway" button)
- tokenization degradation for >500KB files in Pierre
- parallelize main.tsx pre-render awaits
- batch sidebar file tree expanded paths restoration (3 at a time)
- remove bare useConfigStore() subscription in AgentsPage
- sync worktree sandboxes to OpenCode SQLite DB
- fix RightSidebarTabs ternary → explicit tab matching
- defensive guards on sync state (session_status, permission, question, message)
* fix: add defensive guards on remaining sync state field accesses
guard session_status, permission, message, todo, part, config with ?? {}
in useDirectorySync selectors, session-cache, and bootstrap
* fix: add missing directory dep to useCallback in use-sync.ts
* fix: preserve diffStats when light-mode polling overwrites status
* perf: optimize startup git status polling and diff rendering
Preserves diff stats when lightweight polling updates repository status

Adds detailed optimization and migration docs for next performance steps
* fix: keep chat diff stats stable during git status updates
Prevents lightweight git polling from dropping diff statistics
Keeps MessageList diff indicators consistent while status refreshes
Improves reliability of git-aware chat rendering
* fix: user animation replay, queued message variant, startup provider loading
- consume animation ID after first play to prevent re-animation
on neighbor assistant message completion
- capture send config (model/agent/variant) at queue time matching
OpenCode's FollowupDraft pattern instead of re-resolving at send time
- replace one-shot startup recovery effect with polling interval
that retries every 2s until providers and agents load
- fix optimistic bridge to avoid re-render loop (stable ref wrappers)
* chore: update tauri to 2.10.3 and all plugins to latest
- tauri 2.9.4 → 2.10.3
- tauri-build 2.5.3 → 2.5.6
- tauri-plugin-dialog 2.4.2 → 2.6.0
- tauri-plugin-log 2.7.1 → 2.8.0

- Make agent manager actions directory-aware and remove real worktrees with safer partial-failure handling
- Replace heavy logo animation path with a lightweight pulse to cut draft-session CPU usage
* fix: restore auto-selected file sending in chat input
- Send server-selected files as proper file URLs in the message payload
- Include server-backed attachments in submit flow instead of dropping them
- Restore queued-message attachments through the refactored input store
* fix: restore session model selection consistently on session switch
- Restore agent, model, and variant from the latest loaded user message for each session
- Wait for session messages before applying restored selections to avoid stale or missing state
- Remove legacy session-choice inference paths that caused overlap and instability
* fix: restore permission replies and auto-accept across sessions
- Scope permission and question replies to the target session directory so answers take effect reliably
- Make permission auto-accept immediately handle pending requests and react to new permission prompts
- Keep parent-session handling working for child-session requests through the shared response path
