Every release file now carries a title: two to six plain words naming the change a user would remember it for. The generator refuses a release without one, promote carries the title from unreleased.md, and the unreleased template opens with a title line. ### New

|
- **Remote access:** the new [private relay](https://docs.openchamber.dev/private-relay/) reaches your instance from anywhere over an end-to-end-encrypted tunnel, with no open ports and no third-party tunnel. It switches on when you pair a device over it and switches off when no paired device uses it (thanks to @yulia-ivashko).
|
|
- **Mobile:** the iOS and Android apps are open for testing. Join the [iOS beta on TestFlight](https://testflight.apple.com/join/5ek6GU1E) or take the Android APK from the [latest release](https://github.com/openchamber/openchamber/releases/latest). Scan the QR code from "Add a device" on your server to connect.
|
|
- Mobile: the app moves between your home Wi-Fi and the private relay on its own, carrying the open session with it, with no re-pairing.
|
|
- **Pairing:** the redesigned ["Add a device"](https://docs.openchamber.dev/connect-devices/) dialog asks where the device will be used, Anywhere, Home network only, or This computer only, then shows a big QR code with a copyable link and closes itself once the device connects (thanks to @yulia-ivashko).
|
|
- Pairing: a link is a single-use code that expires and is redeemed when the device connects (thanks to @yulia-ivashko).
|
|
- Chat/Tools: every tool call expands to show its input, result, and errors, including MCP, plugin, and custom tools. Read and Skill stay compact links to their files.

- Chat/Tools: a JSON result opens in a navigable summary view with linked URLs and expandable nested data, next to the tree and raw JSON views.

- Mobile: iPad gets a split layout with a sessions sidebar that stays open and a resizable Changes/Files sidebar.

### Improvements
|
|
- Desktop: the servers list in Settings shows whether each server is reachable right now, and importing a pairing link is the main way to add one.
|
|
- Desktop: the header dropdown for instance, usage, and MCP is now built from cards, with usage grouped per provider, a colored status line and ping per host, and MCP servers together in one card.
|
|
- Desktop: switching to a host that was already checked happens straight away.
|
|
- Devices: a paired phone or desktop is named after the server's hostname, and the name you type when creating the link labels the device in the server's list.
|
|
- Chat: Mermaid diagrams have zoom controls (thanks to @c-w-xiaohei).
|
|
- Chat/Tools: an expanded file-edit or patch result has a button per file to open the diff or jump to the first changed line in the editor.
|
|
- Context Panel: raw message rows keep their token and time columns aligned and no longer show shortened message IDs.
|
|
|

### Fixes
|
|
- Desktop: host statuses stay put between openings and no longer flash "Unknown".
|
|
- Devices: re-pairing a device or re-entering its password updates the entry it already has instead of adding a duplicate.
|
|
- Chat/Thinking: reasoning parts stay separate and in the order they happened, and a collapsed preview no longer ends with empty HTML comments.
|
|
- Chat: with Sticky User Header on, a user message no longer floats over earlier messages in a long conversation.
|
|
- Chat: a message that timed out or lost the connection after OpenCode accepted it stays in the conversation instead of being marked failed.
|
|
- Mobile: files picked from the composer are attached even when the composer switches between its compact and expanded layouts while the picker is open.
|
|
- Browser: a link clicked inside an embedded browser tab keeps the tab on the page it navigated to.
|
|
- Server: remote clients with non-ASCII characters in a project path can connect again (thanks to @FanFan4204).
|
|
- UI: closing the right sidebar after resizing no longer leaves its old width behind.
