Bohdan Triapitsyn a1bc1368ae docs(changelog): title every release and require one
Every release file now carries a title: two to six plain words naming the
change a user would remember it for. The generator refuses a release without
one, promote carries the title from unreleased.md, and the unreleased
template opens with a title line. The changelog-authoring skill and the
format README describe how to write it.

title: GitHub links open reliably in chat
---
## App
### New
- Usage: added MiniMax Weekly quota provider support (thanks to @nzlov).
### Improvements
- Chat/GitHub: linked issues and pull requests now appear as user-message attachments and open reliably across runtimes.
- Settings/MCP: adding MCP servers now consistently respects user vs project scope, preventing user-scope entries from being written into project config files.
- VSCode/Reliability: managed server startup now imports login-shell environment values and normalizes Windows workspace paths.
- Sessions: sidebar lists now keep sessions visible in both Recent and Project sections for easier discovery (thanks to @nguyenngothuong).
- Files: file trees now refresh incrementally after create/rename/delete actions (thanks to @nguyenngothuong).
- Sessions/Worktrees: draft sessions now resolve the correct project when opened from worktree paths (thanks to @yulia-ivashko).
### Fixes
- Sessions/UI: restored Project Notes access in the sidebar, polished notes/todo editing, and fixed project action overlap.
- Desktop: improved stale server-process cleanup on startup and fixed external link opening behavior (thanks to @jwcrystal).
